The contract duration was intended for a short period for the purpose of monitoring on remaining works during final phase of construction and

commissioning.

• Responsible for monitoring of all minor activities that has been damaged, overlooked, or incompletely done by the subcontractor as

well as other below standard works during the construction phases. This includes preparation of daily report required on take-up

meeting so as to facilitate corrective implementation of remaining works.

• Other related works includes work permit data maintenance and report on the detailed punch lists activities

as required from the remaining works and other delayed major activities on the project.

• Assistance to Assistant Project Manager on other related matters on the implementation punch lists and closing out of project.
