Planning & Project Control Engineer for local engineering consultant focusing on planning & scheduling activities including:

1. PROJECT SET-UP
   •   Prepare Project Schedule, Workload, Manhours Histogram and S-Curve for Bidding Stage
   •   Plan & conduct Interactive Schedule Session to define the discipline inter-phase of the project.
   •   Set-up & update of Deliverables Status Report for Project.
2. PLANNING & SCHEDULING
   •   Prepare CPM Schedule for tracking purpose
   •   Set-up the recovery schedule/plan when needed.
   •   Set-up and Update Schedule using Project Management Program (MS Project/Primavera P6)
   •   Plan/analyse for future activities of the project. (Look Ahead Schedule)
3. REPORTING
   •   Prepare Project Analysis Report, Company Workload for all project under MMC Oil & Gas.
   •   Monitoring and controlling of man-hours utilization, cost expanded and productivity.
   •   Prepare Report status for all MMC Oil & Gas project  to management level.
   •   Plan for Man-hours distribution, Cash Flow, Cost Expenditure and Cost Report.
4. INTERFACING
   •   Working with Project Management, System Administration and Document Controls to develop a project set-up that facilitates both internal and external Project Services requirements.
