Roles / Responsibilities / Achievements:

 

  • Adapted and developed preliminary work breakdown structures (WBS) to suit the specific job scope
  • Played a key role in the development and maintenance of Pre-tender and Tender schedules for new projects
  • Development and Maintenance as well as Level 3-5 schedules for Engineering, Equipment manufacturing / fabrication, Testing and Installation.
  • Preparation of Resource Loaded schedules and generation of S-curves and histograms etc
  • Factory visits and other business trips to company manufacturing facilities, international suppliers and vendors to review and collate status information for overall schedule updates and progress reporting to Company Management and Client.
  • Preparation of planning input for weekly and monthly reports and dashboards.
  • Quantitative Risk analysis conducted with Project Management Team on a regular basis using Pert Master and @RISK software providing insightful analysis to support the Project Management team in decision making. Communicating, educating and raising awareness of staff on risks.
  • Developing productive relationships with key stakeholders, to deepen the understanding of information and reporting needs
  • Development of recovery and other ad-hoc plans as required
  • Support and liaison with global project services team in maintaining the company wide project control tools and processes.
