This role has brought me back to Laing O'Rourke

Very similir role to the last role I had at Bam Nuttall.

My Responsibility level was slight more senior and included Line Management for the first time.

The Project included the following:

1. Construction of Broadgate BTH Box at Liverpool Street Station, Crossrail

2. Piling & Heavy Propping.

3. Concrete Skin Walls, Frace & Structure

4. Ticket Hall Fit-out & MEP (inc 3 Banks of Escalator)

My Role included.

1. Overall Programme & Project Controls

2. Overall responsibility for the Programe for Acceptance

3. Programme Develeopment;

4. Change Management PMI's, NCE.s, CE's

5. Trade Programme Management - Periodic Programme Accessment/Approval

6. In-house trade co-ordination.

7. Project Controls on a Weekly KPI basis.
