·         Planned and coordinated overall project formwork material mobilization, movement, utilization and optimization for 67 different structures spread across 350 acres.

·         Actively involved in finalization of specialized agencies/vendors by providing technical/costing inputs.

·         Reviewing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure timely execution of project.
