-       Review of hand-over documents and develop detailed project schedules and performance baselines

-       Actively maintain the schedule baseline incorporating all trends, changes, risks and opportunities and advice management on mitigating actions.

-       Monitoring the projects and progress status.

-       Incorporate results from/to Change Management and Risk Managements.

-       As Planning Engineer responsible for monitoring the projects and planning of the progress status. Review of hand-over documents and develop detailed project schedules and performance baselines that will be used within the project team. Actively maintain the schedule baseline, incorporating all trends, changes, risks and opportunities and advice management on mitigating actions. Incorporate results from Change Management and Risk Management.

 

-       Responsible for the role-up tp PMDB schedules and resource planning for all FPSO on operation.

-       Act as the program manager for planning requirements of the organization.

-       Advice other users (planners, project controls, cost estimators) for technical issues and/of Primavera P6-(E)PPM for integration purpose.
