August, 2015 - Plan and schedule projects by developing a project master schedule in line with the requirements using PRIMAVERA.
- Make high satisfaction from client by giving all requirement in scheduling forecast with high expectation.
- Develop WBS for new projects for full scopes.
- Analyze the project manpower load required for plan recruitment people or subcontracting activities to ensure the project delivery.
- Perform weekly performance report, analyzing disciplines states to monitor project delivery and performance.
- Managing in Weekly basis the schedule for analyzing the forecast finish date to maintain project delivery.
- Keeping in contact with the project engineer/manager to monitor the project as baseline plan.
- Presenting to client in weekly basis achievement and forecast remaining scope.
- Monitoring Project to ensure closed within budget man-hours.
- Maintain project deliverable to enclose project delivery as requirement.
