  • Leading planning engineer’s members working in same project.
  • Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule EPC in line with the requirements using PRIMAVERA P6.
  • Analyze engineering drawing, Procurement plan and construction sequence to develop detail schedule by WBS.
  • Reviewing the scope of work, client requirements and constraints to develop the strategy for effective project delivery.
  • Presenting the schedule of work to management.
  • Recommend appropriate improvements and ensure optimal quality of all project schedules.
  • Keeping in contact with the project manager.
  • Keeping in contact with the project manager.
  • Update in Weekly/Monthly basis the schedule for analyzing the forecast plan to ensure the project delivery.
  • Prepare recovery plan presentation the way to recover project delay.
  • Perform weekly performance report analyzing fabrication state to monitor project delivery.
  • Monitoring the progress for the project in weekly basis.
  • Analyze the project manpower load require for plan recruitment people or subcontracting activities to ensure the project delivery.
  • Budget calculation and monitor the consumed.
  • Keeping in contact with Engineering, Procurement and construction to ensure project delivery.
