Production & updating of new & current projects plans and reporting on these using planning package Primavera P3e, also using advanced techniques in MS Excel and Word.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

New projects were planned based on the information gathered in tender, budget and scope of work documents, scheme and project drawings and any other relevant information from any party involved. These programmers are fully cost and resourced. I produced weekly reports and updates on budgeted quantity both for cost and resources, slippages that either had or are likely to incur, if extra time or resources were needed, if additional activities were required. 

I was a sounding board for any information relating to the project whether this was timescales, dates, costs or risk.I also updated current programmes on a day to day basis providing updates in conjunction with the relevant project managers, this ranged from a simple activity update to a complete re-cost.
