- Coordinated and Supervised a team of 8 planners to create and implement an involved Level 4 Interproject Relationship Programme consisting of 70 000 activities with a complex Work Breakdown Structure for Network Rail’s Railway Communications System Programme.
- Responsible for the Cost & Resource Loading for the Southern UK Regions portion of the £1.27 billion programme.
- Shared responsibility for general project control spanning several projects within a large programme.
- Lead a team of 4 planners to maintain and update as well as report on the Southern Region Programme.

- Highlight Key Milestone and Critical Path issues to members of the team, provided an assessment of the impact of such issues and recommend solutions to correct the position.

- Weekly meetings with sub-contractors; commissioning-team and various other departments.
- Integrated P3e 5.0 programme from sub-contractors, monitored and audited contractor’s planning processes so that they complied with Network Rail procedure requirements.
- Supported Project Managers to chieve contract deliverables and completion of project with timescales.
- Input the planning issues into the project’s critical issues risk log. Reviewed planning risks and monitored whether the risk register is updated accordingly.
