Al Raha Beach Development, Al Bandar Project Client : ALDAR Project Control Manager My duties: - Establishing an effective project dashboard for the project delivery team to quickly monitor progress.
- Identifying risks to the critical path and a record for early intervention for projects with respect to cost over-runs and delays to the achievement of key milestones.
- Check and review the work programs
- Manage the handing over works to ALDAR FM
- Control of retail progress and coordination
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports to Client
- Monitor Authorities approvals and requirements
- Monitor material deliveries logs, and emphasize critical ones.

EntertainmentCenteris the heart of attraction for The Dubai Mall the world’s largest retail development. A leisure segment at the top level, with cinemas and play areas, will entertain families and children. My duties :- - Monitor the progress of work for 3 projects (Cinema, SEGA & Kidzania)
- Liaise with the projects’ operators to achieve smooth handing over.
- Carry out the logistics issues for the operators’ vendors
- Control the work quality and attend spot checks with consultant.
- Commitment to industry best practice and the ability to effect change in methodologies in the management of the construction process from a controls perspective.
- Visit factories locally to check manufacturing progress of critical materials needed at site, and report to superiors / Client.

My duties :- - Control the performance and progress of 4 main contractor (2 infrastructure + 2 buildings contractors)
- Infrastrutrue work was to serve ship repair purpose on dry berths.
- Prepare all progress reports to the client/management about progress of the contractor/ consultant.
- Review the reports received from contractors/consultants.
- Check the delivery of materials on site.
- Follow progress of shop drawings/materials submissions.
- Coordinate between different parties working in the same area.
- Prepare NOV (Notice Of Variation) for any change of original scope, and decide the need for additional time or to be done within contract.
- Assessment for contractors’ / consultants’ requests for Extension of Time.
