  • Planning Manager responsible for the management of the contract with the Vale in the mine of Carajás, Parauapebas, Pará, responsible for the management of the contract with Veracel Celulose, responsible for the management of the contract with the Votorantim Celulose and responsible for the management of the contract with Samarco.
  • Coordination and implantation of a shutdowns systematization of iron ore plant, following the methodology of PMI (Project Management Institute).
  • Management, implantation, development and control of a methodology to manage the projects of improvements of the maintenance engineering area of the ore plant of Vale, using tools as: MS Project, Excel and ERP Oracle.
  • Coordination and implantation of a systematization of shutdowns of cellulose plant, following the methodology of PMI (Project Management Institute), using tools as: MS Project, Excel, Visio 2003 and SAP.
  • Responsible instructor for the training of MS Project 2007 Basic and Advanced.
  • Responsible for the training in methodology of management of shutdowns.
  • Planning and definition of the target of the project, creation of EAP, have controlled and verification of the target.
  • Estimates of resources, duration and costs of each activity of the shutdowns of Iron Ore plant.
  • Sequences of activities, development of chronograms, accompaniment, update and control of the activities, curves of physical and financial advance;
  • Strategical planning, organization chart of the project, planning of communication and risks analysis;
  • Planning and definition of the scope of the project, creation of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), control and verification of the scope.
