Senior Project Controller, part of the team that develop and implement initiatives to enhance National Grid's program delivery. The ultimate aim is to grow National Grid’s in-house program management capabilities.

• Review of existing mandatory project codes, resource codes, and calendars.
• Adding of new codes calendars as and when required.
• Validating the enhanced project performance reports and to identify the sections in the report that needs to be corrected before final submission.
• Solving the access issues faced by Alliance planners.
• Creating and running reports to identify the missing details like milestone dates and mandatory codes in the portfolio.
