Responsible for the detailed scheduling of activities for the Upstream Projects - Field Compression, Ponds, Water Treatment Pants and Gathering during the execute phase including; detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning phases of the project. The objective of this role is to monitor schedules developed by contractors for site works and undertake the development of individual 'owners' project schedules (where appropriate).

Specific Responsibilities

¨             Lead and provide technical guidance to four Planners and six Cost Control Engineers.

¨             Liaison with the Principal Planner Upstream and the PMO Planning Team to ensure that all schedules meet the standards and requirements of QGC.

¨             Variance / slippage analysis by Project.

¨             Participate in all meetings (i.e. schedule review meetings, progress meetings co-ordination meetings, constructability review meeting and so on). 

¨             Communicate daily with Project Engineers with regards to schedule risk.

¨             Update working schedule daily.

¨             Coordinate with schedulers to develop work schedule logic and timely work order release.

¨             Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between functional team/operational team and project team.

¨             Prepare and update three weeks and three months look-a-head schedule that reflect the priority activities.
