The Integrated Commissioning and Start-Up (ICSU) Flexible Scope Team is responsible for the commissioning and start-up of the CSG wells and gathering systems. As site planner I am responsible for the overall performance of the ICSU Flex Team against baseline, including all resources and time management across the entire Flex Project Scope. Duties include the interaction with various other departments of the project to optimise our limited resources so that all activities are carried out on time and in a safe and efficient manner.

Specific Responsibilities

¨             Develop and maintain a detailed resource loaded commissioning schedule for approx. 2 500 CSG wells.

¨             Produce a 2day look-a-head daily for supervisors to optimise resources.

¨             Produce 2 & 8 week look-a-heads for various reports & project team meetings for discussion on planned forecast activities.

¨             Participate in all meetings (i.e. Schedule review meetings, progress meetings, co-ordination meetings, constructability review meetings and so on). 

¨             Communicate daily with Project Engineers with regards to schedule risk and opportunities.
