Responsible for all scheduling of maintenance and outage activities for the facility.  Performed as activity and resource coordinator for all major and minor outages.

• Planned and prepared all weekly schedules in accordance with PM schedule, Breakdown work, and CAL’s Planning and Scheduling Standards.
• Responsible for HVAC Maintenance plant-wide.  Prepared Service Contract.  Contract coordinator.
• Updated and prepared PM procedures for all critical and non-critical plant equipment, including Laboratory equipment.
• Performed various technical and financial analyses for equipment and service works.
• Trained all CAL technicians on basics of CMMS (Datastream MP5).
