March, 2020 - Leads in development of the EPCI baseline schedule from bid to Commissioning stages and assisting PMO for cost & schedule part of Projects.
- Develop/review various Project Controls Procedures and Progress Measurement Methods as per the Company/Project requirements.
- Develop/Review Resource and cost budget loaded Project Schedule Program and highlight critical resources/activities to PMO.
- Prepare and monitor discipline wise Curves with early and late dates for projects in terms of cost/labor with Manning histograms through primavera to forecast Manpower requirement.
- Perform forecasts, critical path and trend analyses for assigned elements, including project risks. Develop various scenario for proper analysis.
- Participate in Risk Management/Change Management meetings to ensure that approved changes are taken into consideration and act proactively to early identification of variance and corrective actions due to Risk/Changes.
- Provides Reports on agreed established metrics including Earned Value (EVM) analysis (i.e. SPI/CPI/EAC/ETC), Detailed Progress Reports, and Resource Analysis on periodic interval.
- Support management for making and analyzing KPIs, benchmarking and lesson learned within organization.
- Analyze Project Progress, Develop Recovery Schedule in case of risk event and run risk analysis with pert master.
- Participate in yard walks, delay analysis, root cause analysis workshops.
- Prepare System wise Commissioning Schedules for Commissioning & Close out phase.
- Monitoring Productivity norms for the critical resources.
