Main  responsibilities  included  to liaison with client, consultant, consortium members and contractors on issues related to Time Schedule, CashFlow Curve ,EPS ,WBS etc

My  job  involved  supervising  Project  Planning,  Scheduling,  and    Monitoring  &  Controlling  of  all  ongoing Activities  Structural,  & Civil.  Apart  from  the  said  duty  I  hold  the  responsibility  to   Control and advice the Consultants    & Contractors  about their duties & responsibilities. Established Project Information System for the project   by   streamlining  the   MIS   functions.  Entire   project  data is made available to the project team by implementing customized spread sheets.
