  • To develop and implement project controls plans, procedures and best practices on project
  •   To define project scope
  • To prepare and analyze project cost reports and cash flows for internal and client review
  • To develop WBS and project coding structure, utilize project management system to update and manage project budgets, expenditures and forecasts.
  • To support risk management efforts by reporting and evaluating potential cost and schedule risk events
  • To maintain project change control, collecting data and preparing formal trends and project change logs
  • To review contractor / supplier costs and invoices for accuracy and validity
  • To develop and maintain communication channels with all stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • To develop policies and procedures relevant to project controls
  • To analyze level 3 schedule from the contractor and provide feedback on items of improvement
  • To interface with contractors to ensure recovery plans were implemented when necessary
  • To perform earned value analysis
  • To prepare trends and assist its impact on schedule
  • To prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
  • To develop project budget and manpower requirement
  • To make sure that work is completed as per the company policies and within the approved budget
  • To train junior planners on the project
