  • I have more than 31 years professional experience (21 years in overseas and 10 years in India) in the following areas 9 years in field. 6 years Design and 16 years in Project Management/Project Controls with Owners, Consultants and Contractors on Multidisciplinary International Projects with different sectors. I have worked as Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Manager (acting), Senior Planning/Scheduling Engineer and Principal Scheduler (Team Leader).

 

  • I have been involved in various Building and Infrastructure Projects and Oil & Gas Projects – Structural Buildings, Hospitals, Process Plants, Steam Power Plant, Desalination Plant and Water Resources.  The projects ranged from US$12m to US$2bn.

 

  • I have extensive experience in project management software’s like PRIMAVERA P3, P3e/c (both versions 5.0 & 6.0), MS Word, Excel, Power point. I have knowledge of Risk Analysis Management.

 

  • I have prepared integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) Master Programme with resource and cost schedule from the initial concept.  I have had 6 Planners/Schedulers working under my supervision.  I have been responsible for setting up Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Coding Structure and Layout of Projects.  I have been responsible for co-ordinating with team members, preparing Monthly and Quarterly Progress Reports, presentation to the higher management, and attending Project Management Meeting with the client and ministry. 

 

  • Analyze schedule slippage, variances & critical path for Project Manager’s action plan. Formulates and recommends to Project Management corrective action measures such as catch up schedule, manpower adjustments & cost analysis. Assist Contracts Manager for the preparation of schedule and other documentations to support and substantiate change orders and delay claims. I have extensive experience in claim/dispute resolution, especially in resolution of extension of time (EOT) claims and time impact analysis.
