  • Handling multiple projects of the company in terms of Project Planning, Monitoring & Control.
  • Handling a team of Planners & guiding them in regards to the preparation & updation of the various contractual programs using Primavera &/or MSP.
  • Analyzing & guiding the management in regards to the Cost & Manpower requirement for the various projects.
  • Overseeing the preparation of Management Reports & Progress Invoices for the various projects.
  • Liaising with the various departments like Design, Production, Transportation etc.. as per the requirements of the various projects.
  • Supporting the team in identifying & keeping a proper track of the various changes/delays in the projects for the cost & time impact of the same.
  • Preparing time extension & claim documents for the various projects under consideration.
  • Creating internal systems & policies for the smooth functioning of the planning & coordination department.
  • Attending weekly/monthly contractual meetings with the various stakeholders involved to monitor the overall progress of the projects.
