• Valuation of entire electrical works valued over 80 Million Singapore dollars.
• Creating backup spread sheet, marked drawing to support valuation and progress of establishing star rates for materials sued on the project not in the original contract bill rates. Produced gang rates and back up invoices as support.
• Work done as outline in the contract.
• Preparing a master instruction register list incorporating dates, values submitted and running totals, approved and outstanding submissions worth over 20 Million SGD.
• Joint take off and cost reconciliation between client representation on all  variation records, issues and instruction to closed out and sign off accounts in disputes for closed out valued worth over 15 Million Singapore dollars
