-          Break down work packages to level 3 planning and scheduling.  And provide final baseline for present recommendation how to best economical sequential operation at site.

-          Verification the on progress schedule with the contract duration. And determine the slippage.

-          Verification the physical accomplishment against BOQ content. 

-          Provide the top management and Project Manager with the result.

-          Submit the reports on the status of delay with the hint if the cause comes from internal or external factor.

-          Monitor the documentation of all event, instruction, variation order, status of TQs and red line drawings.

-          Coordinates all drawings of various discipline and raise discrepancy in timely manner.

-          Monitor and assigned Site Engineer to various work packages and implement method of Statement to define quality control.

-           Coordinates all sub-contractors issues and give instruction in line with the work packages in site meeting.

-          Monitor and coordinates with Consultant in regards to drawing discrepancy and revision updates.

-          Close monitoring of work items with has negative float and address the issue to Project Manager, and other Stakeholders on this matter.

-          Monitor the report assignment of workers per floors and provide program of job priority per floor for resources control.

 

Achievements:

-       Due to Congested Site of the project site (Bukit Mertajam Commercial Complex), Fabrications of Re-bars were done off site proper identification of BBS were implemented and deliveries were done through systematic scheduling.

-       Trade sub-contractors were properly monitored of each floor designation of work and accomplishment were verify with eased and clarity.

-       Snag or Punch lists were reduced and anticipate the occurrence of defective works because of systematic procedure on site.

-       External works were done according to the schedule.
