Project Controls Lead (Client Role) – Ankara/Construction Sites, Turkey

• Lead a team of project control professionals which includes project planning, cost control, document control and quantity surveyors for the section of 56" Construction of the Natural Gas Pipeline (1800km) and over 50 Stations Construction. Close interface with Construction Group, controlling Contractor’s activity sequences to achieve Major Goals. Monitor construction progress, productivity and performance. Review and approve Project Control Plans and Procedures. Ensure project is delivered as per approved procedures. Review and approve Application of Payment. Manage the assessment, negotiation and recommended settlement of all significant change orders and amendments in conjunction with the Project Service Manager, Project Managers and other members of the Project Services Team. Ensure that contractor’s work follows the baseline and in line with “March Chart”. Prepare dashboards for Corporate Management Team, Functional team and Client. Cash Flow Analysis.
