¨        Prepared contractually required planning, scheduling and control procedures for BP Global- NA offshore Project, SNC Lavalin- Kirby project, and for Shell Canada – Carmon Creek & AOSPE Project.

¨        Issued the WBS, resource loaded schedules, and labour plans as part of project controls dept. duties.

¨        Developed and implemented weekly & monthly project controls reports to monitor & report progress for Bechtel International- Angola LNG Project including recovery plans.

¨        Provided project management with risk assessment / analysis of project schedules using probabilistic scheduling – range estimates - Monte Carlo simulation - Pertmaster risk analysis tool.

¨        Prepared “Time Impact Analyses”, mitigation schedules, and created “what if scenarios”

¨        Established –The Dash Board- A project controls system using data from Primavera scheduling, procurement & risk assessment schedules into a detailed progress measuring & reporting tool.
