Involved from an early stage of the FEED phase of a multi-billion project, responsible for the set-up of the document control and progress report system and the development of Level 1 and Level 3 schedules for some areas of the Utilities, Power and Infrastructure (UPI) Envelope, using software packages like Milestones and Primavera P6. Worked closely with the project team in order to update and maintain the schedule, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment between all reporting systems. Participated in weekly area meetings with client to communicate progress figures, man-hours, present lookahead schedules and highlight key issues requiring attention. Also involved in the production of progress curves, document tracking reports and schedule analysis / mitigation.
