Assigned to Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, working closely with the client team and providing all round project control services to this world scale petrochemical complex project from early in the construction phase through to completion by EPC contractors. Responsible for consolidating all submissions from the PMT teams monthly reports into summary reports and the overall project status report. Maintaining and updating man-hour records and progress for all contractors on a weekly basis, calculating contractor’s productivity and forecast man-hours to completion. Responsible for analysing and processing for approval change orders/work orders submitted by construction contractors with the purpose of recognising execution issues and potential back-charges. Assisted Owner Team in the preparation of Monthly Owner Cost Report, maintaining constant communication with Owner Project Controls and Finance Teams. Assisted Owner Team in the development of Fixed Assets Report for the entire project. Prepare, monitor and update schedules required for different areas of the project, working with Primavera P3. Analysing schedules presented by contractors (updates, mitigations, extensions of time) in order to assist the Owner in their formal acceptance / approval.
