01.2000 – 04.2004      planning management of the turnkey contract, comprising from engineering to commissioning phase, to supply a process plant with galvanizing, coating and pickling lines; rolling mill; roll shop; acid regeneration, water treatment, substation and others facilities, starting up the CSN-PR in Araucária. Member of the leadership team a consortium of 11 companies from 4 countries (Brazil, Germany, U.S.A. and Canada). The project language was English and the participation started on the late negotiation phase. Support to preparation of claims associated to the contract. Work as user with the software Primavera including the schedule development and its control. Anticipation from 5 to 42 days in the contractual terms.
