• Checked construction activities acceptable or not according to contract and quality specifications in the construction site.

• Supervised the projects from the contract commencement date to project handover.

• Ensured and arranged the quality documents, projects schedule, man-power availability, method statements.

• Ensured the project completed in related standards and HS&E rules.

• Prepard Manufacturing, Cost and Productivity Reports.

• Provided organization between subcontractors. Controlling of payment interim certificates from subcontractors.

• Prepared daily site report and man - power reports, 3 week look ahead reports and ensured all activities in line of the time schedule.
