February, 2013 - Establishing a Planning system (Progress Measurement, Schedules, S-Curves, Man-power Histograms and Work Breakdown Structure etc.) according to the Specifications of the projects
- Prepare and maintain a valid overall project schedules & establish a cost reporting system
- Prepare and maintain documentation on planning and scheduling progress
- Manage and co-ordinate the activities with regard to Budget and Cost Control and Change Order Administration and Review
- Prepare progress reports on weekly /monthly basis as directed by the Project Manager for ILF Projects
- Review, comment and verify the Contractor’s Weekly/Monthly Progress Measurement and Reports
- Review Level-III, & Level-IV schedules for EPC works of Pipeline Project and verify/approve the updated schedules and highlight any delays/slippages to Client and Project Management
- Lead the team for the Risk Analysis of the Contractor’s Schedule (Level-IV), and development of Risk Model by Identifying the risks (Risk Register), Assigning the Risks to Activities using Primavera Risk Analysis Software and perform the risk analysis (pre-mitigation, mitigation & post mitigation analysis).
- Prepare and issue the monthly invoices for ILF project and certify progress payment for the Contractor’s Progress
- Preparation and participation of EPC cost estimates (±30%) for Pipelines and other projects during the FEED or Conceptual Study phases
- Involved in Technical Bid Evaluations (on client’s behalf ) for EPC works of fire water line
- Ensure Company Health, Safety and Environmental, and Quality rules & perform the activities as per IMS

- Engineering Review and Site Supervision Services (PMT) for EPC project of 48” N2-Pipeline from Mirfa to Habshan, Abu Dhabi, UAE – CLIENT : LINDE Middle East
- FEED – Front End Engineering & Design Services for Replacement of RDS-3 Transfer Line in BAB & Conceptual Study of Flow Lines De-Congestion – CLIENT : ADCO
- Detail Engineering for Sewage System and Tie-in to ADSSC Grid (ASU Plant Mirfa) - CLIENT : LINDE Middle East
- FEED – Front End Engineering & Design Services for the Fire Water Back-up Connection MOT – CLIENT : ADCOP
- FEED – Front End Engineering & Design Services for Replacement of Passive Cooled Shelters (19 Nos.) - CLIENT : GASCO
