JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Set up Work Break Structure, Organization Break Structure, Resource Breakdown Structure, and  prepare  baseline programme
  • Monitor project site progress,
  • Updated the baseline programme weekly, and submitted relative reports to the client and consultant.
  • Analyze the progress and cost control status
  • Give notice about Extension of Time and prepare the claim report.
  • Co-ordinate between the Project Managerand Construction Team.
  • Co-ordinate between the project and the head office
  • Co-ordinate with tender department.
