The DAMAC Lagoons is a new luxurious development project by Damac that is worth about AED 11 Billion of 4.57 Sq.KM spread community with about 10,404 saleable units, which is a fully integrated community featuring 9010 luxury villas townhouses, G+6, G+28 Buildings, a Mall, and several leisure facilities with a large artificial man-made crystal water lagoon. Project Planning, Developing Baseline Schedule, development Master Schedule, Developing Progress Monitoring System, Micro level planning, collating project progress status from the site, and preparing periodic reports in easy legible presentation for the Top Management information and record. Managing projects from conceptual stages through all phases of pre- and post-contract activities.Construction familiarity in Infrastructure and Roads, Concrete and Steel Buildings with High-end Finishing and Industrial, Infrastructure works, Aircraft Hangars, and Aprons.Worked with the Property Master Developer as the Client Engineer on the project site to control the Projects and impart advice/recommendations to the Projects Consultants and Contractors.
