- Prepare budgeted manpower and resource plan required for project completion
- Prepare forecast schedule to consider variation/deviation from original schedule
- Schedule Turn Around work aligned with other construction disciplines
- Monitor and provide current achieved progress with Curves and Gantt Chart
- Determine critical issues or bottle neck for identification of potential delay
- Track material deliveries, including free-issued and long-lead items
- Produce and monitor schedule-related KPI
- Establish database/tracker used for updating balance of works
- Provide system completion plan
- Prepare Monthly Progress Claim with supporting documents
- Assist Project Manager in preparing/monitoring of Project Budget and commitment report
