New Business Project Manager Assistant
Contribute to the development of commercial activity:
- Participate in the response to calls for tenders (standby, benchmark, consolidation of presentation documents)
- Follow the implementation of responses to calls for tenders (relationships with the various internal businesses: sales, strategic planning, creative, IT etc ...)
Participate in the construction of commercial proposals:
- Read, analyze the specifications / brief / customer documentation to accurately understand the customer's request
- Participate in the drafting and presentation of internal team briefs: ensure that the team understands the project
- Identify and define the stages of the future project with the different experts: planning, deliverables, booking resources
- Ensure the follow-up of the proposal (integration of customer remarks, adaptation of schedules, budget)
- Follow up on administrative management related to recommendations and / or projects (quote, contract, purchase order, financial document)
