Position: Planning Manager

Project 1: Radisson SAS Resort – Al-Quseir, Egypt

Turn-Key Project with estimated value about (14 Million USD) located in Al Quseir - Egypt

Area of Experiences:Main Hotel, 250 Guestrooms and suits, Swimming Pools, Lagoon, Reception and Administration Buildings, Restaurants, Courts, Diving Center, Spa & Health club, Utilities Buildings.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

·         Develop and maintain the project’s baseline master plan/schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction works using Primavera Project Planner P3.2.

·         Updating Project's Schedules and preparing Recovery Schedules when needed.

·         Participate in the project control meetings with the Clint’s representative to discuss and resolve the Engineering Planning Issues.

·         Prepare Weekly and Monthly Progress reports.

·         Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of EOT claims and its prolongation compensation.

·         Resource allocation.

·         Prepare Cash Flow & S-Curve.
