Planning:

i) Preparation of Master Constrution Programme for client as well as for internal purpose to monitor , to achieve the mile stones and for planning of the resources.
ii) Resource loading, Budgetary plans, Cash flow reports, Resource smoothening, Resource leveling and Man hours/machinery hours reports, and production efficiency reports preparation.

iii) Liaison / Coordinating with the client/ consultant’s management team along with the project manager to sort out the major constraints and to obtain the approval of the programme.

iv) Preparing the trade wise labour histogram as per the planned programme.

v) To attend weekly co-ordination meetings and fortnightly progress meetings with client and sub contractors.

vi)  Monitoring the progress as the planned programme and revising the programme to reflect site progress/delay if any.

vii) Preparing the progress reports, bar charts & S-curves

viii) Advising the project in-charge on progress and critical/delay issues.

ix) Preparation of Claims related to extension of time & acceleration costs.

Tender Planning Responsibilities:

i) Preparation of Tender programme and Master construction programmes (for awarded projects) .

ii) Preparation of Manpower, Machinery and cash flow reports for tendering purpose as well as for Master construction programmes.

iii) Analysis on feasibility for construction with in the project duration and highlighting the constraints ,proposing the ideal duration for completion of the project and advising on additional costs for fast track projects.
