  1. Establish work break down structure for project
  2. Prepare, monitors & reviews work plans, programs and budget and resources to achieve profit & productivity
  3. To generate cash flow and forecast reports of the project and compare with project budget
  4. Prepare cost estimate plan& basis
  5. Preparing & Segregation the Scope for Contractors, making comparative statements, analyzing & awarding contracts
  6. Plan, monitor and control the 12” & 16” gas pipeline, which comply with ASME B31.8
  7. Planning & co-ordination with Shutdown team to Tie-ins the new facility with existing Gas processing plant
  8. Providing the services during installation of GRP pipe & Oscillating monitors for main firewater ring
  9. Work in collaborative relationships with client in the planning & implementation of the project
  10. Installation of U/G 4” Produced water line from Produced water pump to disposal Wellheads as per ASME B31.8
  11. Preparation of test packs for hydrostatic and pneumatic test of piping & control of test pack flow
  12. Implements occupational Health, Safety & other statutory requirements 
    13. Kadanwari Upgrade & Miano Field Development Project, Pakistan (200  MMSCFD)

This project was up-gradation of  exiting LASMO gas processing plant and new Miano Gas Field Development to increase the plant capacity upto 200 MMSCFD. This was achieved in addition of Vessel/Finger type Slug catcher, Produced Water facilities and Memguard facilities.
