Planning and controlling the Senoro Gas Development Project in Sulawesi under Owner Organization & Management. The Project facilities consist of CPP Trains 2 X 155 MMScfd with 23 KM Sales Gas Pipeline, 5 Cluster of Wellheads, and Jetty Head Facility.

Supervising Main Contractor (Tripatra EC and Samsung Consortium). Expediting project schedule to achieve milestones of GTG Gas-in, Train 1 & 2 Start Up, and Jetty Head Commissioning. Reviewing Project Completion completeness in term of scope of work, punch list, and warranty in corresponding to Plant safety, reliability, and operability.

Verifying Contractor’s claims regarding schedule prolongation and acceleration cost. Prepare assessment of Change Order to SKK Migas regarding extention of time and extra effort compensation.
