  • Support the Planning Function in reviews of Schedules –Check the developed integrated schedule, the work breakdown structure (WBS), resource loading, cost loading and approve Baseline
  • Track schedules & prepare various dashboards reporting to stakeholders.
  • Develop work procedures for the Projects Department. Review and assess time aspects of Contractors’ Extension of Time claims, prepare Project Controls Management Plans and procedures
  • Review Contractors’ Programmes (Baseline & updates) including cost and resource loading as well as IPC’s and progress payment claims, Challenge programme Dependencies, Constraints and Total Float / Critical Path.
  • Monitor construction progress, analyse Earned Value, and associated Key Performance Indicators, Track Contractor’s submittals (Actual vs. Planned) and updates in Primavera P6 and PMIS
  • Support Project Delivery by reviewing existing Project Manual, updating the same on timely basis with recommendations with its effective implementation
  • Perform Gap Analysis, develop work procedures & conduct compliance audits ensuring implementation of PMI methodology across all projects
  • Establish Risk Management procedures and conduct the Risk management workshops and manage consolidated Risk Register actions ensuring early mitigation by the project personnel
  • Monitor closely the Issue management consolidated register
  • Developed Resource Capacity model and implemented for resource allocation purposes
  • Validate the PMP's content across projects under execution as planned.
  • Responsible for Project Performance Metrics reporting. Monitor and control Project Directorate KPI’s.
  • Ensure implementation of knowledge Management, Lessons Learned is applied across projects.
  • Liaise with PMs, Site Support Engineers to promote the full use of the PMO/PMI standards.
  • Mentor, Coach and train PM’s, Engineers through workshops in use of PMI methodology.
