  • Developing and implementing Project Planning and  Project Control Procedures, Developing Project Manual
  • Generating Executive summary schedule & progress reports for Client.
  • Prepared integrated schedule for FEED, EPC covering entire scope.
  • Conduct weekly planning sessions with Project Team, superintendents, procurement personnel, construction managers, and contractors to prepare the weekly schedule.
  • Monitor and plan all Contractors schedules and provide recommendations to assure timely completion.
  • Provide proper utilization histogram of resources such as labor, equipment, and materials by work schedules.
  • Conducting analysis of delay, reviewing delay claim and providing recommendations for variations and other contractual matters involving delays or cost overruns
  • Reviewing/Commenting Consultant’s Weekly & Monthly Progress Report
  • Preparing and maintaining Risk Register, Conducting Qualitative and Quantitative risk analysis
  • Assisting Sr. PM in relevant Project Management tasks such as preparation of Minutes of Meeting, drafting tender documents, replying tender queries
  • Evaluation of the Technical Tenders and selection of best Contractor
