May, 2007 - Control, Co-Ordinate and Update the Planning of the Portfolios in the Structures Partnership / Framework.
- Ensuring a coherent detailed Programme is available for every Project/Scheme.
- Monitoring the achievements to the Programme and driving the future key dates.
- Recording of information for actual achievements.
- Produce all necessary Management Reports for consideration and review.
- The upkeep of milestone production figures and progress curves.
- Control and Monitoring of the Milestone Change requests to the client.
- The recording and instigation of all client changes into the Partnership / Framework.
- Ensuring the Stage Gate Reviews is approved before proceeding with the process.
- Instigating, Updating and Reviewing Site Programmes.
- Monitor utilisation of Resources against Programmes, in liaison with Site Planning and Operations Staff.
- Ensure all the necessary information is readily available for Management analysis.
- Develop new and improved methods of working within the Planning Department.
- Take control of the Planning Department should it be necessary.
- Responsible for operating within the practice and procedures of the Quality System.
- Interface with clients as and when required.
- Understanding of the Design & Procurement processes.
