CoalConnect Alliance Brisbane, Australia (Mar 2008 – Mar 2009) Project Controls Lead

• Coordinated a range of tasks, including; supervision of the project controls team; development and ongoing management of the alliance delivery program, including baseline establishment; cost management and forecasting of the immediate design services leading to the development of the alliance TOC estimate;
• Preparation and co-ordination of the Quarterly EAC; integration with Queensland Rail project controls system; status collection, input and verification; compliance of controls team staff with relevant policies, processes, work instructions and project management best practices;
• Identification of potential issues and impacts; recommendation of solutions and improvements, including schedule mitigation response compression;
• Projective analysis (forward looking), for both project and sub-team schedules; and analysis and dissemination of information and corrective actions at management forums
