- Preparation of Daily program, Progress monitoring & review of Plans.
- Engineering Co-ordination with Design department.
- Planning & Cost control section for various phases of the project.
- Identification of various resources required for each project.
- Coordination with Purchase & Stores for getting materials at right time.
- Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation for Inter-discipline checks.
- Coordination with Client, Design & Site Personnel for any Drawing discrepancies and Modification/Additional jobs.
- Assisting Project Manager for preparation of Annual budget, Cash flow planning, Project Estimation, Monthly Near to Actual & Projection.
- Coordination with Site & Design / Engineering for submission of As-Built drawings.
- Knowledge in ISO 9000 Quality Management system, Shell – DEP, ASME Codes and Material Specifications, Shell / PDO HSE Management System etc.
- Manpower & Equipment management.
- Preparation of monthly reports and forecast reports.
