I worked as contracts administrator for the Ayada Maldives luxury resort of the company. As a part of this task I have prepared the contracts of the company via using my own contracts management software and my own contract structures. I was also evaluating the potential risks of the contracts over various issues and defining and applying actions and strategies against the contractual problems in order to strengthen company’s contractual position. Finally I was responsible for coordination of the legal departments in Maldives and Turkey and I have ensured the optimization of business and legal needs in resolution of the problems.
