• Manage Bidding/ Tendering processes, develop Bidding/Tendering Manuals, procedures

• Work with Legal & Contracts department and PMO office to review Terms and Conditions document

• Work with PMC (Fluor) to deliver project management plans..

• During execution stage, work with PMC (Foster Wheeler) monitor EPC contractor in development of project management activities.

• Monitor and control Project master schedule, and progress curves, status reports during execution management process.

• Carry out Critical Path Assessment, Earned value management and forecast estimation assessment in time and cost management

• Develop change order mechanism and manage change order requests

• Develop and manage project costs and budgets, develop project milestones and invoice payment mechanism

• Development and execution of Document Management System, Comment Control System

• Lead and professionally develop members of Project Controls Team
