Head of Planning within the Business Improvement and Support Group – regional role requiring technical programme reviews, business support, and analysis of potential project programme risks and the establishment of procedures for programme management. Bid manager for 4 medium sized projects & Senior Planning Manager for two live projects from central London satellite office. Lead Tender planner (3 projects total of £1bn) out of head office in Harrow; required the management of a planning team, the integration of design and construction teams to establish alternative designs and construction methodologies.
