PLANNING ENGINEER – For the on-going Pipeline Network (Trunklines, flowlines) Construction and oil plant revamping. Project location: M’ Boundi Industrial Estate, M’ Boundi, Republic of Congo ( Client: ENI Congo )

a.        Assigned to assist Project Manager, Superintendents and supervisors in monitoring construction activities. Ensure that the approved Project schedule ( in Primavera P3 )  is tracked as to actual progress.

b.       Responsible in the preparation of detailed Project Schedule in primavera P3. Develop the required WBS, coordinate with the procurement team as to the proper monitoring of various material orders and deliveries, coordinate with the design engineering team to properly track down all engineering deliverables.

c.        Maintain a tracking record of daily work production in pipe spool fabrication, piping erection, structural erection, civil work (concreting) and prepare a consolidated weekly progress report (by quantities) for submission to the client.

d.       Responsible in the weekly update of the project schedule, extract “S” curves that show baseline and the actual progress curves, Prepare a weekly manpower report histogram and weekly work status/Progress report.

e.        Coordinate with the HSE management & gather data for monthly reporting to client.

f.         Consolidate all weekly reports and prepare monthly report for submission to the client.

g.       Coordinate with the Client’s planning engineer in regards to various report submissions, schedule up-date and revisions.

h.       Develop WBS and project schedule (in P3 or P6) / program for new projects.

i.        Assist the Project Manager in the Preparation of Monthly Invoice.

j.         Perform other engineering tasks that maybe required by the Project Manager.
