 Develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for a particularproject, in conjunction with the project & site managers. Preparation of project schedule (tender and awarded) loaded with resources and cost. Monitoring and tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Establish project controls system and monitor progress using the principles of Earned ValueManagement on weekly / monthly basis. Preparation of monthly interim payments. Liaise with the project manager throughout the project, making adjustments as necessary. Develop and implement recovery plans. Delay Analysis using various delay analysis techniques such as As-Planned Impacted, TimeImpact, Collapsed as-built & Windows Analysis. Preparation of variation orders and EOT requests with necessary substantiation.
