 Develop the most appropriate methodand sequence of constructionoperations for a particular project, inconjunction with the project & sitemanagers. Preparation of project schedule loaded Establish project controls system andmonitor progress using the principles ofEarned Value Management on weekly /monthly basis. Liaise with the project manager throughoutthe project, making adjustments as necessary.with resources and cost. Monitoring and tracking the projectagainst its baseline schedule. Develop and implement recovery plans.
