- Create Construction Schedule / Shop Drawing Schedule in level 4/5.
- Work performance analysis using KPI.
- Making Earn Value Analysis report to management.
- CPM analysis.
- Oversee any possible delay of work and prepare catch up plan.
- Monitoring and recording progress day by day and ensure that the data entered into the master schedule is correct.
- Create and update PMS (Project Measurement System).
- Monitor progress and schedule of Engineering and Procurement and ensure it meet with construction requirement.
